The Camping and Caravanning club site at Devizes is located near Seend, mid-way between Melksham and Devizes and sits alongside the Kennet and Avon canal in a stunning location.
The site is nicely maintained although some aspects of the toilet and wash block facilities are looking somewhat jaded.

A walk West along the towpath takes one to the Barge Inn after a 30 – 40 minutes walk. Head along the road from the Barge Inn for 200m and there lies the Brewery Inn. Both have good reviews.
Almost outside the campsite itself is the Three Magpies which again has some good reviews and like the Barge, is a Wadworth pub.
