We made our way via bus, which runs every half an hour on a Saturday from just outside the campsite into Granada around lunchtime. A pair of large bulls was pulling the centre peace of the procession.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1432\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caravanramblings.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/20160507_140554-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"20160507_140554\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanramblings.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/20160507_140554-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.caravanramblings.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/20160507_140554-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.caravanramblings.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/20160507_140554-432x768.jpg 432w, https:\/\/www.caravanramblings.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/20160507_140554-767x1364.jpg 767w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/>Later we visited the cathedral of Granada. Unlike most cathedrals in Spain, construction of this cathedral had to await the acquisition of the Nasrid kingdom of Granada from its Muslim rulers in 1492; while its very early plans had Gothic designs, the construction of the church in the main occurred at a time when Spanish Renaissance designs were supplanting the Gothic regnant in Spanish architecture of prior centuries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Weather was mixed again &#8211; blighty is enjoying warmer and drier weather than Spain at the moment.
